Trader Joe’s Organic Apple Sauce with Wild Berries is pure goodness!

You have got to try this. It really tastes good. Plus the fact that it’s fat free, has no sugar added and contains no artificial color or flavors, not even preservatives. And it’s organic!

The best part is the price: $1.99 at their La Brea Store. 

Silly me thought I was getting only 2 cups, but of course, the pack in the picture comprises four 4-ounce cups.

Each serving size (127 grams = 1 container) is 80 calories, 19 grams total carbohydrates, 2 grams fiber and 16 grams sugar. No saturated or trans fat. No cholesterol or sodium. No protein. The packaging says “not a low-calorie food” but come on, just 80 calories!
