Icy Point Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon

Our local store always has 14.75-oz canned salmon on sale for 99 cents. The two brands they carry are Icy Point and Bumble Bee.

I can tell no difference between them. It’s pink salmon caught wild in Alaska. The fish is cooked with the skin and bones intact but edible (they’re easy to remove). The only added ingredient is salt. 100% NATURAL.

Pink salmon is the most plentiful species, which is why it’s much more affordable than red salmon. Eating it is the best way to get your Omega-3s.

Feel free to stock up: shelf life is 6 years from production.  To determine when your can of salmon was produced, look at the codes on top of the can. The third digit in the first line designates the year the canning happen. The first three digits of the bottom line indicate the month and day.
